DAY 28 - 39.7 Miles

We're back to walking full days as we are pretty much finished with major sightseeing.  It's still hot and sunny in the desert, but we are making good progress and hope to hit 900 miles tomorrow.  We are spending the night with Mary Jo and Jack. Barbara came over for happy hour, and we all sat around and talked before going out to dinner at a fun restaurant in a wildlife refuge and aquarium with a huge shark and ray tank on one wall.
