DAY 29 - 41.7 Miles

Another good day of walking, but it is still hot out here - 85 this afternoon. We had a great breakfast at Mary Jo and Jack's and thank them for their hospitality. Not much to see along the road today, but we walked around town after we took showers and saw some nice sculptures in the downtown area and in the lobby of a museum before going to a little local Mexican restaurant for dinner.  Unfortunately, the museum was closing 15 minutes after we arrived, and most of the shops closed at 4:00, so we only walked into a few places that were open. There's a small movie theater here ( like the Speakeasy in Breck), so we saw Hacksaw Ridge, which is a wonderful film but not for those who abhor violence and bloodshed.
