DAY 27 - 0 MILES

We had to get Pat to the airport this afternoon (planned trip back home, no problem), we wanted to visit a museum, and the weather was rainy, so we took the whole day off. We went to the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum in Biloxi and loved it.  The museum, located just across the street from the beach, was designed by Frank Gehry, consists of several small buildings built around giant live oak trees, and  houses the pottery of George Ohr, the self described Mad Potter of Biloxi.   There were also a couple of other artists' works on display, but Ohr's pottery was quite spectacular.  We're spending another night in Jim's condo and heading to The Big Easy tomorrow to spend the weekend with the parents of Maxine's daughter in law.
Other photos today include Jacque next to a sign in the Winn- Dixie parking lot in front of which we did NOT park, one of many structures along the Gulf Shore showing the high water marks from Hurricane Camille (blue), the normal flood line (black), and Katrina (red).
